"Clean room, great location, decent price, not enough towels for 3 days"

"We chose this particular resort based on the great reviews. We were sadly disappointed. There was an event but the music from the event was so loud we could not hear the front desk staff. We took the elevator to our floor and simply were shocked. Is this a smoking hotel? The doors opened and we were hit by the stale odor of smoke and who knows what else. Ok. Maybe our room will be ok. Nope. Thankfully I was able to leave a door ajar at night to let in fresh air. I hope the next unfortunate guests appreciate it. We went to the bar. One drink was not made as described. When asked the reply was, oh. We haven’t gotten the one mixer from storage in weeks. Don’t advertise a certain recipe only to be too lazy to get the ingredients! It was remade after an inquiry so that was appreciated. I’m not sure why this resort has such high ratings. We were highly disappointed. "

"I honestly came here with low expectations. I'm not sure why, but I guess mostly because it was a reasonably priced hotel on the beach. That's hard to find. When I walked into our room, I found it to be exceptionally clean... like cleaner than a typical 5-star hotel. The ocean view was amazing, and just what I needed in the middle of March when I'm suffering from spring fever. I usually can't wait to get out of a hotel room and back home, but this was completely opposite. I was sad to leave. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and pleasant it was definitely a place that will be at the top of my list to return to. Thank you for maintaining a wonderful hotel!"

"So, this hotel is worth it in so many ways. The breakfasts were warm, plenty of choices, and well cooked. The room was spacious, a full kitchen was fully stocked! The view was spectacular. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were 10 min from attractions, events, and walmart. The college crowd frat boys left beer cans that the wind blew into the pool along with snack trash, but thats spring break and not the hotel. My ONLY complaint is the bed sheets. The beds have NO thick blankets, the sheets are paper thin. We turned the heat up and I bring it up so people know and can bring blankets if they need to, this hotel is really amazing and our 1yr anniversary vacation was a great experience. They even have a rooftop pool and hot tub."

"No had a problem getting a remote for the tv's in the room, the first night didn't get to watch tv ,called but didn't get a remote until the next day "
