“The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. The restaurant in the casino had a ridiculously long line to get a seat, let alone eat, so I would recommend eating somewhere else. Was not happy about that at all.”

“Room was clean and secure, bathroom was small but clean and functional, Parking was adequate, Access to the room and office required different stairs. Fridge had to be unplugged to quiet compressor, anyone moving upstairs of me was loud and clear.”

“The hallways smelled like they were damp and musty. The room walls are paper thin so if you want to hear your neighbours entire conversation then this is a great location. Staff was excellent. There was a cat convention (which we were unaware of prior to) and had to listen to cats meowing from our neighbour for HOURS! When I went to the front desk, they found us a new room for our other night. Even though the staff was great, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. ”

“Very comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Older hotel but decent at an affordable price. We stayed on the second floor which is up a flight of stairs. Not an issue for us but request a ground floor room if stairs would be a problem. Attached restaurant was convenient for our evening meal. Basic breakfast was included.”

“The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory.”

“The property is currently under renovation, but I'm sure once it's done it will be a very nice place to stay. There is only one person on staff at the front desk, so after hours you have to ring a bell to get service. The outside needs some work but the room I stayed in was quite nice. It's outside of town, less than 10 minutes from Lindsay, which makes it quiet. There is a nice restaurant and a couple of gas stations within walking distance.
