โThe hotel is clean and modern. The room was nicely decorated, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location is perfect, walkable to all downtown Naperville restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that I thought $300+ per night was a bit overpriced. โ

โMy room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience. โEasy check in, good breakfast. Located in a quiet business park, but still pretty close to lots of dining. Our room was upgraded to a suite with separate bedroom-loved the extra room! Pool a little small.โ
โI liked the fact that they lock their doors at 11pm until 6am which make you feel safe. Also I was able to take the bus to Chicago and ther3 are a lot of restaurants option near the hotel. Breakfast was also good with different option to choose from. โ
