“Hi, The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very small. I had a king room with the bedroom separated from the kitchen and couch. The couch, kitchen area, and bathroom were tiny. For one night, I guess it would be ok. I was there for 6 days. It was like a jail. At night, the back of the hotel turns into a different place. I saw a guy hitting a girl. I saw a guy telling a group of guys, "Very bad language". Several people were sleeping in their cars. I am not trying to trash 3 Palms. I think the...

“Lovely breakfast and breakfast room, great staff, good location, basic but absolutely good.”

“The property itself is pretty nice, the staff was helpful, but the room was not clean. Thick dust on the bed frame against the wall, the bathroom was gross. There were hairs everywhere. In the sink, the tub, on the floor. There was make up splattered on the bathroom counter, and toothpaste splatters on the mirror. The beds were comfy though, and everything else was good. I like to think that maybe they accidentally overlooked the bathroom while cleaning in-between guests.”
