You booked two standard rooms it is important for guests who wish to book inexpensive rooms to read the details and description of the room they are booking. The staff at Le Vasa are hardworking, loving and welcoming to all guests, who try their best, your comments are unwarranted and absolutely incorrect. If possible when guests wish to have alternate accommodation they only need to ask as we had a few options the night you stayed for a similar price.

Great to hear your thought Le Vasa was nice, staff helpful and courteous, FOOD delicious! This platform is a third party and airport transfers for 1 night bookings are not included with this company or the resort. It is important to read what the offerings are, and matches your expectations and budget. It is Greatly Appreciated by many that resort has a reliable service even in the early hours.

Great that you enjoyed your time and thought the staff were lovely and an awesome setting by the pool. Your stay was in February 24 and this is the time we start all of our maintenance, the room was heavily discounted due to some of the things needing repair, if you may have noticed while you were here that we had a full team making repairs and renovating the environment and rooms, everything is step by step as we are doing a complete overhaul and most things imported into the country, so things take time. Thank you for your patience and always appreciated if guests can give us a heads up if something needs immediate as we cannot assist when you are gone. We have taken note and we endeavor to do our best.

Glad you thought the location is beautiful which is the resort. We are doing the best we can to upgrade and improve the environment and of course this is a process as it takes time to do so step by step. Many guests love the resort and say the staff are very welcoming. You visited at a very busy time over the holidays and the staff were welcoming although it depends on how open guests are to receive them. Assumptions about many things lead to unfair judgement. We have a couple of new puppies who are often in the office and yes sometimes need telling off not to bite electrical wires or steal guests shoes, so not good to assume its a staff member. You and your family spent nearly your entire holiday in the TV room and did not socialize with anyone, and barely dined in the restaurant. The fuze ball is at the bar and must be requested to use otherwise goes missing, unfortunately several guests use the games, recreation equipment and pool table and some are not considerate and often keep playing with broken tips even when the sign is posted. Even take Kayaks out in low tide and brake the paddles when a sign is posted at its station. Guests take books to read in their rooms and sometimes swap, usually guests bring their own books, so never had and issue before.

Thank you for your review, Glad you enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, comfortable and clean with friendly staff service. Please note that we have different curries on the lunch menu is yellow and the dinner menu is red not a tomato paste always important to read menus so you are sure what you are getting. With a full house it will take sometime especially when everyone comes for dinner service at the same time. Guests patience is always appreciated, we understand it is hard for young children to be patient, that's why we recommend that families with young ones eat before the main dinner service, which is posted in the rooms and should be considered to avoid disappointment.PLEASE NOTE you stayed here 4 nights and Did not mentioned of anything until the afternoon of your last day and you demanded compensation and voiced your disappointment, the manager took action as soon as you mentioned your child had an issue the pool, it was tested and chemicals were correct on the test strip, plus we back washed the pool in the evening and refilled over night. Unfair to assume and suggest that the manager denied anything or did not do anything about it, very unfair. It was mentioned that So many guests swam in the pool with absolutely NO complaints from at least 100 other guests, kids and adults swimming in the pool this week, we even went around asking other families if they had any issues and no one had any issues, only your young child and your friends had a young fair skinned child that they said by email after they left had a reaction and could have been anything from the water to the sea or weather, possibly heat rash. You demanded compensation, we apologized and gave your family some vouchers. What was very concerning though after you asked for some compensation we saw your family at the pool and your child on the steps wading in the swimming pool for some time. If they were having a reaction why would you allow them to be in the pool again.

Staff ring all the time, that's how they know cars are already booked.The country is getting back on its feet, everyone is doing the best they can and the team at Le Vasa Thanks you for your patience and understanding.

Thanks we are working on it long time with no income and slowly recovering, glad you liked the rooms and we are on a lagoon great for fishing and taking tours snorkeling and cruising not a beach place.

We went above and beyond to cater to your needs, picking you up in the middle of the night, sad that you were very unkind to the local staff who assisted you, and smoked in the room after we mentioned that guests can smoke outside.

Talofa Matire,I am very surprised you would write such a comment, you said new staff do not know what they are doing and that Le Vasa has bed bugs??? Might be mosquitoes but bed bugs is not reasonable. I am the one who checked you in and even gave you a better room closer to the amenities, you booked through Expedia and not direct and we did not know anything about you wanting to cancel part of your stay I mentioned that if you booked with us directly we may have been able to do something, but I am shocked that you would write such a comment. You only mentioned that you had to leave early because you had to go to a wedding. Did something happen while you were here the one night? There are several people who have stayed in the room you did with absolutely no mention of any bugs, it is not correct to say something like that in if there was any kind of problem you should have said something or spoken to a manger.
