"This Icona is not as nice as the Avalon location. We were disappointed in the pool temp. They kept telling us it was heated but it clearly was not. It was also dirty. There was some weird stuff floating in it. The service was ok. I felt like no one went out of their way to acknowledge us when we walked into the restaurant or bar. Also no one came to tidy up our room during the day. For the price they charge at this hotel I expected more."

"the stove one burner was no working, very poor on parking spots. even when i get a big unit for over 6 adults and 2 kids they still give me only a single parking spot. the King size mattress was not that great too, it doesn't feel fully comfortable. Probably poor pre-maintenance."
