“Upon checking in, we were expecting ocean front not just ocean view. However, our room baclony allowed us to see the ocean and pool. We were pleasantly surprised with how great our accommodations were. The room was great- spacious, large beds and big bathroom. The towels in the bathroom were plush and thick- BONUS! “Very convenient location. Staff was great. We had car trouble the day we were supposed to check in and had to shift our days. Very accommodating. Free parking. Heated Pool and hot tub a plus. Never felt crowded. Housekeeping every day which is rare these days. Nice room with kitchenette. Only downside was the bedroom area had no AC in it so it was warm. Only AC was in the main area which couldn’t cool the bedroom with the door closed. Would stay again though.”

“while we stayed here we were unable to use the mini fridge or the air conditioning, staff were unhelpful. When fridge was opened an overwhelming smell of onions filled up the whole room, we decided we just weren’t going to use the fridge. “Ideas for bathroom include hand soap, new toilet seats, and a hook or two for clothes or used towels. Ideas for the room include a blow dryer.”

“The room had mold all over on the ceiling and was extremely moist. All of my items/clothes that we had with us on this trip were damp the whole time. I even brought paper plates and they warped because of the moisture in the room. My family stayed in a different room and although they had the same problem, it wasn’t as bad as in mine.”
