"You are no longer checked in at the front desk, the staff directs you to use a kiosk. The Chelsea Tower is very far from the main casino, only 1 elevator was working the other 2 were broken. The hotel room was outdated and the shower kept leaking causing the floor to pool with water. Not recommend staying here unless the other towers are updated. My experience rate would be a 3."

"The room was very nice. Full oven ,dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Little kitchen where we made waffles and had coffee was nice and clean. Very close to inconvenient to get to the boardwalk."

"The first room was filthy stains and what looked like either blood or ketchup smeared on the wall. I went back to the desk an the second room wasn’t better stains on the walls gum stuck to the carpet dirt on the walls"

"Very nice hotel. Room was nice and clean. The restaurants on site where good as well as the pool after dark night club inside the hotel is a plus. Would stay here again for sure!"

"The stay was amazing. My only complaint and hated the live entertainment, band at NOLAS Lounge. At night I want a DJ and fun party, club experience l. It was never crowded and people kept coming and going because the atmosphere was terrible inside and the club was closed"
