"Some kind of football convention was happening and the clientele was awful. Chicken bones dropped in elevators. Doors banging and people loudly screaming in the hallways and common areas. "

"Televisions were not functional the first evening of our stay. Operator services seemed to have been outsourced to foreigners. In-room dining ends at 12AM during the week but is not advertised anywhere. Wahlburgers is still solid and the room service chicken wings are still superb. Would still return."

"The room was clean and our housekeeper Abra was amazing. She was always helpful and had such an amazing spirit. All hotel staff that we encountered showed excellent service. I’m not a gambler, but my husband enjoyed the casino. The Quarter was very convenient. The only thing we found disappointing is that the hotel does not offer a microwave as an amenity. This proved to be challenging when we wanted to eat our leftovers that had cooled down but had no way of reheating our food. It may keep us from staying at Tropicana in the future. "
