"Very nice hotel! Everything well organized, the room was clean and well appointed, the price was good, and I even enjoyed some touches that have become unusual in hotels these days, for example, the room service using real plates and cups and glasses. The lobby and casino areas were very lively and fun. "
"The property is huge! The staff is so friendly and helpful. There is lots to do without leaving the property and that's a good thing as Hurricane Erin was off the coast battering us. The only drawback was the pool was EXTREMELY crowded but that was probably because the weather outside was horrible. I we be back!"
"Property was a gem as were the staff. Incredibly positive experience. Parking lot was frequented by some sketchy people, but video surveillance and steady police presence made it all good."
"So amazing! We loved our stay. One thing I would say, the pool deck was beautiful and worth the extra pay. However, the way that it operates leaves little to be desired. People go to the pool and then learn the details of what is required to r there the space from the young workers there. It’s not fair to them that THEY have to field all of the fists in for this corporate decision. I know that emails are sent out letting me people know, however they can easily go overlooked and the spa and pool area can easily be accessed. If this is clarified at check in AND then those who desire to use the pool and spa services pay the and are given a special key, then those poor pool boys don’t have to keep dealing with angry customers. It’s the corporations job to support and empower them. Not just pit them in the front lines like fresh meat."
