“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Coopmanhuijs while in Stellenbosch. It was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and acommodating. The restaurant was outstanding. Our reservation included breakfast and we were able to order off of a menu and/or opt for the generous buffet. We also ate dinner at the restuarant and it was beyond delicious. (Springbok carpaccio!) We don't usually relax in common hotel spaces, but everyone was so welcoming that we did spend some time in the lounge...

“This place is an absolute gem and would recommend it to all including friends and family. The location is very convenient for restaurants, shops, wineries and everything else. The property is very quaint with superb decor with wonderful little touches - like homemade treats, complimentary drinks. The staff are all very helpful and can't do enough for you. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, to set you up for the day!! Will definitely return when next in Franschook.”
