โI stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.โ
โThis hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downfall is the highway that it is on is super busy and itโs very difficult and unsafe to try to pull out. There are no stop lights close by to break up the traffic to make it safe to pull out.
Otherwise a great hotel. โ
โAc was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldnโt sleep without hearing them โworkingโ or waiting outside for people every night.โ
โPrice reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. โ
โReally, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby.โ
โThe hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.โ
โThis was our 5th time at DBL. we love it so much. The only negative is the mattress is losing its firmness. It has a hammock shape when you lay down. โ
