The boat tour and snorkeling were equally impressive—well organized, safe, and genuinely enjoyable, not the usual tourist filler. Clear waters, great guides, and memorable moments all around. What really seals the deal is how family-friendly the resort is without feeling chaotic. Staff are polished, responsive, and clearly trained to manage large groups smoothly. You feel taken care of without being hovered over. This is old-school hospitality executed with modern scale and ambition. "Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. "
