“I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything. Until we are sitting in the lot in the rain trying to upload and fill out forms on my phone. Response wasn’t immediate. I tried calling the number a couple times and no...

“Be aware the road, or trail more like it, to the hotel is very rough, only 1 lane in same areas.
Check in took 15 minutes, with remote concierge.
Views from balcony is great. Grounds are well kept. lots of small birds singing.
