"Hotel is nice and the staff are exception, but it’s dated. The rooms are tiny, there’s no electrical sockets in the bathroom, the shower door stopper caused us to stub our feet many times. I stayed here before in 2019 and the property hasn’t been updated or refreshed since - although there are some renovations to the beach club going on right now. The beach front is top notch. The biggest plus is the food - everything we ate was delicious."
"The hotel has wonderful staff. They go out of their way to assist what’s needed. They have lots of activities within the premises. They have lots of lifeguards in the pool and beach area. The only hotel that I have seen who uses a jet ski to rescue a guest that needs help .
The hotel is clean but needed renovations. The room , furnitures are old so as the bathroom.
The beach is beautiful with lots of fish. The swimming pool is old and the tiles are dirty. Needed to be renovated.
Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Will go back."
"Sincerely amazing service and atmosphere. Everything was clean to a high standard, wonderful water pressure and temp control in the shower, great food on location.
The highlights of my stay here were:
I had one of the top three massages I’ve ever recieved at the spa. I regret not remembering my masseuse’s name but I was soooo relaxed afterwards. Breakfast buffet is amazing and had a great array of different cuisines plus lots of fresh fruit, and delicious sikwarte (local hot cocoa). The atmosphere is great, I love the way the facilities look with all the pools and the ocean behind the check-in area in the lounge."
"Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could have been maintained."
