Amazing hotel , spacious rooms ,friendly staff , lots of space and relaxing areas for you to sit down and for your children to play . Next to a shopping center , couldn't have asked for a better experience. Oh and it was less than 10 min from Legoland

Our tv didn't work, sink didn't drain, sliding door was stuck, lamp didn't work. And the worst was that the AC was out for hours. The location is good but for the price it wasn't worth it.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the outlets and plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. There was sand throughout the floor, and we found hair in both the sink and shower. This was not the level of cleanliness I would expect from a Marriott hotel. Given the brand’s reputation, I expected much better.

Beds are comfortable. Amenities are minimal and the body wash in the shower was empty. Exercise room was closed which was a drag. Room was clean but there were mosquitoes in the room!

The room was clean but the shower amenities the shampoo and conditioners were completely out and I was hoping to use them when we came back to the pool so that was disappointing staff that cleans the rooms should be checking those daily to see if they need to be refilled. It wasn’t a huge deal just a little disappointing since I was taking my son a shower after the pool. The hotel was under construction but that wasn’t such a big deal. The pool was great my family really enjoyed it. The hotel is also in a great location.

The hotel was somewhat disappointing in that it was shown to be a Marriott Bonvoy so I assumed it would be more like a typical Marriott. I was shocked that it was an older two story motel with all rooms opening to an outside hallway. Although the room was basic and decently nice having been recently redone there were no suitcase-luggage holders and no place to put your bag except on the floor which is extremely awkward and hard to use. When I asked for a luggage rack I was told they had been discarded and not replaced. The pool was attractively shaped and heated. The breakfast attempted to be nice but the day we tried it they seemed to be running out of many of the items being served.

The room and area were clean. However, there were some things that needed to be fixed and maintained in the room. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on to the wall. The staff kept the grounds and pool area well clean and maintained. They were all very friendly and kind. Enjoyed the close location to the food hall. The breakfast could have more options, especially for food allergies.
