Joel, thank you for staying with us. We are very sorry about the stain on the linen... We use ECOLAB industrial cleaning solutions so all linen comes out sanitized, but we are very sorry it it appeared or smelled bad. We hope to have you as our guests again soon!

We stayed 2 nights. We did not have room service the first day. When I called at 4:00 in the afternoon the dest said someone would be right up. 30 minutes later no service. I talked to the "manager" and told him i want to rest and just send clean towels and coffee etc. I explained to him if I were at a Hampton they would comp the room as they have satisfaction guaranteed. He said he offered service and I refused so no compensation or restitution. No mor holiday inns for me.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. It is hotel policy to not enter a room with a Do NOT Disturb sign on the door. At 4:30pm, when a room attendant responded to the room, service was declined. Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss our policy in more detail. Thank you!

As you did not stay with, we will assume this review is a manifestation of your frustration about booking a non-refundable rate. As a reminder, we do not recommend booking non-refundable rooms for youth sports as they often change the dates, and you need flexibility. Don’t clean the rooms if you are not ready they pass by your room. Pool and jacuzzi is dirty and when asked for towels they didn’t provide any.

I didn't like the room service, no attention to details and they didn't show up one day. Looking to my bank account i have noticed they charge me 50 dollars i don't understand for what. My last comment is on the expensive cost of the room and poor service. It isn't acceptable to pay that kind of money and have that kind of service.
