Dear Paul, We apologise for the issue with flies in the room you had booked. As we are on marshland, once the farmers start spreading, we do sometimes have an issue with cluster flies. Once you brought this to our attention, we sorted the issue and offered you another room. We apologise for the room downgrade, this was the only room we had available at the time. As an apology, we gave you and your partner a 25 minute complimentary treatment of your choice and a bottle of wine with your evening meal. Hi Tracey, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the confusion regarding check-in time. Check-in is 3pm and i will be in touch with Expedia to make sure they have updated this on there system. We are currently under going some essential maintenance across the resort. This includes painting the pool and spa areas. We have recently had a new seating decked area made to allow more room for our guests to relax. We hope you got to use and enjoy this. Sorry to hear about your breakfast. Our breakfast menu does include several cooked breakfast options and pancakes. We do also have a children's menu. These are both available everyday. Stable view would be of our converted stables situated within the resort. We take great pride in the history of our resort and the rustic feel it gives. We hope that you decide to visit us again in the near future.
