โBreakfast was very good and lots of options. The hotel was clean and modern, except we couldn't regulate the thermostat in our room (which we mentioned at checkout) and the fan was very loud. The temperature was good so it wasn't terrible. All in all it was a good stay!โ
โI absolutely LOVE this hotel for my visit to Pittsburgh, Pa on September 13th-September 15th. The walkable area to the Gateway Clipper to Acrisure staduim for the game was very convenient. The restaurant inside the hotel provided for a Great Breakfast on Game Day and after game Dinner. Overall, my stay was simply OUTSTANDING!

โWe spent 7 nights here in August and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel looks modern and clean and the front desk staff were all really friendly and helpful.
The room and beds were also comfortable although it did look like it was due a deep clean (you can see the dust gathering around the edges of the carpet and under tables etc). The bathroom, especially tiles, also looked tired and due renovation.
Out of our 7 nights, the cleaners only came once. Admittedly one time was due to us...
โThe lobby made us feel like we had entered a time machine; the magnificent architecture, the stunning marble and inlays were breathtaking. Our room was quiet and clean and well-stocked. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The Rebel Room, however, leads the list of our lovely experiences. Amazing menu, the best meal we'd had in our stay...and it was a short elevator ride to it!โ

โHousekeeping service is provided everyday, but cleaning is not done. Lots of hairs remain in the bathroom after housekeeping. Changing towels, rearranging bedsheets and removing garbages are done.
Guest laundry is available. It was very convenient in summer.
Breakfast is also good. Location is also good.
