โThere was a computer problem when I checked in. Room cards for entry were not available. I want to complement Marie who was behind the front desk. She brewed fresh coffee and offered to escort us individually to our rooms and let us in. She later came to each room to provide people with their key card.โ
โHere for one night - the staff, room and hotel are excellent!
Be aware that the front entrance has moved to the back of the hotel so if you are using GPS, the front entrance is no longer accessible. Also, because of that, the front entrance looks overgrown and unkept from the road.
DO NOT let that deter you - this is a great hotel! โ
โBreakfast buffet was nice. The only thing that was an issue was the night before we left someone in the lobby was very loud either on their phone or talking til 1:30 in the morning. Very annoying!!โ
โThe breakfast service was great and the staff helping with breakfast service were very nice and went out of their way to make everyone comfortable.โ
โClose to shoppong outlets and dining. I thought there was an indoor pool. That was the only negative thing I can say about this property. Will return in the future.โ
โGreat stay! Our studio room was very roomy, comfortable and most importantly extremely clean. The staff was friendly. Good restaurant next door for dinner and complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Would stay again! โ
โMy husband and I switched to this hotel after staying at the hotel garden inn down the road and it was a relief. Everyone was nice, nice rooms, situated in a good spot near food and shopping. Pool was smaller than picture depicted, parking lot is not made for big vehicles- and pick up truck should probably park in the back. Pool door was not working to get back in from the outside. The โput-putโ is definitely only made for toddlers. โ
