We stayed in the Policeman's apartment and on arrival realized right away that we'd made a mistake to book only one night - we should have booked several just for the experience of staying in this house longer! “We stayed there for one night. We didn't spend much time in the Caravan park but we did noticed that the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The cabin was very clean and the bed it was comfortable as well. Very friendly staff. There is no much to do in the caravan park but definitely worth it for overnight stay. Heaps to do in that area! ”

“The room was adequate for a base to explore the region. The staff or room bot was good on the responsiveness and when advised of a dripping tap, got a plumber in promptly. Great location with a view over the township ”

“It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down.”

“The part that stood out was the location. The house was nestled in a grove of trees loaded with native birds. Lots of cockatoos greeted us every morning and evening! ”

“No frills budget room with a bed and a clean bathroom in a 150 year old quirky little mansion. The "breakfast served daily" note in this Expedia listing is to be interpreted as served downtown in the restaurant of your choice (and paid for by you) LOL. The vibe here is memorable and the history is fascinating. We loved our stay.”

“Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. As nice as it is without an ability to sleep comfortably its not worth booking. Clearly the owner has cash! invest in a decent bed! and move.the aircon...

“It was okay to stay at a hotel in Adelaide to stay overnight on the way to Melbourne. However, I think I should be careful in the shower. Hot water and cold water can not be controlled.”
