Worst hotel i have seen ever. Carpet is very old. afraid to walk in the room without flip flops. it needs rennovation badly. dont fall for this less rate . go with other hotels.

This hotel is very close to everything we wanted to see. Walking distance from the beach and stores and the Hard Rock Cafe. It's a very convenient location for a great price.

Location location location
Location is what this inn has going for it. Our room was clean but the furniture is old & shabby & carpet is also stained. The outside hallway leaves much to be desired. Might be ok for younger people starting out but for older couples it’s “been there done that”. Outside needs maintenance. Won’t stay here again. Clerk at registration was nice. Location is terrific.

Not as advertised
The photos shown on your site are not the rooms being booked. The heater didn't work and I had small children there, we got a space heater. The hotel would not accommodate our family to a room more fitting for us. The ice machine was broken, the remote was missing and had to be replaced. Not happy with the hotel room and property.

Rooms are not clean. The carpet is so dirty that one cannot walk on it without shoes on. Towels are small and worn out. Bathroom sink is clogged. Breakfast is a joke, a loaf of bread and a couple of small containers of cornflakes cereal. Will never come back here again

I did not like the short beds and toilet. The rooms look old but they weren't terrible. I did not like that the neighbors were so loud, but the property can't really control that.

Its like it was left the same since the early 70's. Moldy smell, to the entire room, dark brown gross carpet, furniture from the 70's, soft old beds that were probably not replaced in years, Pretty run down basically and should have paid less than I did. I would not recommend this property....

Extremely disappointed. And no casino.
Was expecting a casino on property. Was not by advertising was miss led and no cacelation. Every thing was old. Like garage sale furniture. The heater took 3 hours to get to room temperature. Was extremely disappointing.Staff was unfriendly except Cody was extremely friendly and helpful.

On a quiet street. Sign in parking lot regarding bear actvity. Took all food products out of my car....next morning garbage cans had been overturned but car was okay. Normal bear behavior for the Fall season in Tahoe. Room was modest but so was price. No complaints.

9/14/19 on sunday morning i showed and fell on the tub.The bathtub did not have a plastic matt. This caused me to fall on the edg of the tub on my back and strick the back of my head on the trim of the door above the bottom door henge. This caused serious injury to my back. I didnt feel the pain until i drove home. I was seen by a chiropractor on monday morning.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous about what to expect with this hotel and our room. If you're looking for a place to crash for the night after a show, it works perfectly. I walked into and immediately out of worse places. We opted only to stay one night and for the price, but it served it's purpose. Front desk was very friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and the balcony was a nice bonus. Our only problem was that the fridge didn't work and when mentioning at check out, they didn't seemed surprised. Be prepared for stairs if you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Fine for the price
The room was great for what we needed - to sleep and store our stuff. Walls were a little dirty and the place could use a renovation/repairs, but for the price it was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are just a little lackluster.

Very uncomfortable. For the price we paid it’s fair. The breakfast was a joke. The stay was not comfort. This hotel needs complete renovation.

I like the way they had the beds made, their kitchen was clean, the desk clerk was very kind and accomodating. There were a couple of problems I came upon and made the clerk aware. The window screen was partially removed from the frame. The shower drain was clogged.The coffee pot in room had old coffee grounds.The air condition refrigeration unit did not have any knobs to adjust I just connected the cord to wall socket.

Where to start...The walls and doors in the room were dirty and peeling. The carpet is from 1982 as is the furniture and lighting. The door in the bathroom, where people tend to put their hands to push on the door was brown and sticky from dirt, oil and skin, you know the kind of spot I'm talking about. The beds were old fashioned spring mattress. There version of being "eco friendly" was to not provide a mat for the bathroom floor to prevent slipping and only one trash can apparently. The support bar in the shower stall pulled out of its place when I used it . The walls were thin,but the hotel is old so I understand, since this is a normal issue in hotels of this age no matter the effort of updating put in. The only good points I can give this place is the the front desk staff was decently pleasant and the location was good, otherwise this place should probably just be torn down, a renovation probably wouldn't help but for anything more the $80 a night I'd say stay somewhere else... like in your car.

The hotel advertised pool and Jacuzzi. Pool was drained and looked like it hadn’t worked for years. Water in jacuzzi was cold. The word “Pool” on sign was covered with blue tape. Continental breakfast was toast and dry cereal. Room was clean but had torn carpet and and hard pillows. Parking lot had tiny and hard to maneuver in.
