"Historical hotel. Clean and priced good"

"I tried leaving 1.5 stars but rounded up to 2. I chose to stay here due to reviews found online of how clean it was. Ironically, I did not find our room to be clean. The shower head was dirty. The shower was gross. The sink had mold in it. Otherwise, the room was comfy and the location was great. Parking price was a bit excessive especially after the cost of the hotel itself. The staff at the bar were super kind and friendly! Although the few people I interacted with at the front desk….not so much. The lady did not seem to care when I made her aware of the black mold. She said she would send someone up to look before we went to dinner. After dinner, it was still there. So even the people in the artwork could notice the frustration in my eyes. She said they were busy so I asked for a different room and all the sudden someone was able to go check it out. Waited for about 30-40 minutes in lobby before she sent someone. The man that checked us out had no personality either. Overall, I would love to come back but would like them to acknowledge this and do better. People pay for a clean space. "

"We were unaware before we arrived but it is made of stacked shipping containers. The units are beautifully decorated and very clean. The linens and beds, including the pull out couch were EXCELLENT! The inside left nothing to be desired. But there is no lobby and no staff on the premises. It is more of an airb&b than a hotel. Communication and check in was by text but they did check up often. Unique experience but overall a good one. Just a little surprising from what we were expecting. "

"Lots of things about this priory are great (the staff, the location, the size of the room). But a few things aren't. Primarily the parking. In order to park here, you have to download and use an app that took way too long, was confusing, and never made sense or worked right, and ended up charging more than a valet even though I parked myself. I'm still getting emails from them days after I checked out that are confusing and annoying. Also, the signage is poor. Mostly, it all seems to stem from the fact that this is primarily a residential building with only a limited number of hotel rooms. The signage is poor. No signs for hotel lobby. No signs for the rooms when you get off the elevator. No signage in the parking garage to tell you how to exit. Etc. "

"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the contemporary décor and quality furnishings. Amenities like the large TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and well-lit workspace made the stay both relaxing and productive. The bathroom was spotless and featured a great shower with good water pressure. One of the highlights was the on-site dining area, which offered a solid breakfast selection and convenient options for dinner. The fitness center was also well-maintained and had everything needed for a good workout."
