The stay was nice overall, but one morning there was no hot water, the staff were very nice and understanding and worked with me to troubleshoot the problem which was nice! It was a big inconvenience since we had somewhere to be. Also, the TV wasn’t in front of the bed, which made the layout uncomfortable.

Came to Phoenix for a medical conference. This was one of my all time favorite stays. Everything was wonderful: convenience of being able to text for anything that you need (including late check out!), amazing studios with beautiful views of downtown Phoenix, and most importantly the kind and professional staff.

The check in computer was not working and staff was off helping someone else. The maid did not clean our room and did not leave coffee for the morning. The building is not finished...
