The staff was beyond friendly, the room was perfect (loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the same area), the location was great, and the breakfast was delish. 100% our go-to hotel when we stay in Leavenworth from now on!"

"It was centrally located very close to University Village for lots of shopping and easy access to I-5 for downtown Seattle. I rented a car so the paid on-site parking at the hotel was a godsend. Parking anywhere in Seattle is an absolute nightmare... So totally worth the additional $25 a night."

"The suites are provided with Kitchen, that are not new. unfortunately my experience I had plenty of ants walking around the top of the kitchen and on the walls. But the staff was very helpful, they changed the room immediately after I showed the pictures "

"The hotel is a great place to stay with all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would avoid the second floor rooms on the back side of the hotel. It is great to have the off-street parking on the back of the hotel but several rooms miss out on balcony or patio space. We stayed in room 216 right above the hotel AC condensers. Pretty constant noise of fans. Just avoid those rooms and you will have a great stay!"
