“Pool seemed to be under maintenance but no signage to state it was unheated and basically an ice bath. No coffee available except during breakfast which when we asked at the bar we were met with incredibly rude response from staff. When we asked if there was a coffee shop close (after a long travel day I just wanted a coffee!) the guy just mumbled he wasn’t sure. Overcooked steak tips (asked for medium rare but they were well done) at a premium price from the restaurant. House keeping was great,...

“Hotel staff were great. Hotel itself was a older property and not as nice as I would expect for a Double Tree.”

“Room overall was good. The bathroom had a very small sink area. Not enough room for two people to put out toiletries. Ice machines were broken or missing. Had to go to the restaurant to get ice. No microwave or clock. The room was a good size with a sitting area.”

“Traveling for business this is one of my go-to hotels in the area. It’s set up well for work and the room has a comfortable layout.”

“Overall, the condition is not bad, but the radiator makes a lot of noise. My family can't sleep with the noise from the radiator.”

“We stayed here for one evening, first impression in the lobby is nice but as you start walking through the halls you start to notice how dirty it is. When we got to the room we were hit with a terrible smell of smoke, musty towels, with a cover up odorizer the floors were dirty and stuff was stained on the walls, ceiling, and headboard. Would not recommend only good thing was location to the airport.”

“핫 케익 기계는 고장나서 2일간 주방에서 만들어진 케익을먹었다. 호텔은 깨끗한호텔이지만 대체로 먹을것이 많지않아 별로였다”

“The room was clean but needs a major upgrade. Even walking to your room the carpet, which is really old, is buckled up and hard for a suitcase to roll. Needs major upgrade of flooring, beds, furniture in the room. The staff is very friendly.”

“No glassware in room. Only two paper cups. Bar only could spare two wine glasses for room for four people. Shower handle and faucet nearly falling off. TV glitches, kept turning off.”

“Rooms were extremely unclean. Mold in bathrooms, sticky floors, unknown substances on the walls, etc. Would not recommend staying here.”

“일단부티크호텔답게 아름다웠어요.직원들도 매우 친절하고.포틀랜드에 유명한 베이커리가 바로 옆에 있어서 이용하는데 도움이 되었어요.”

“Staff was very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. Went above & beyond for us. The room was spotless & very comfortable.”

“I would not recommend the Moxy to a fellow traveler. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there were issues. First, the check-in process was rather long due to issues with their system. When we got to our room there were no cups, so that was a trip down to the lobby. The TV had issues with only some of the channels working. That wouldn’t have bothered me if I could have logged into my streaming apps, but Netflix and Amazon Prime are your only options. The smoke alarm/carbon...
