"Beautful hotel and our room had a large terrace which was very nice on the sunny days :) everything was clean and elegant and the buffet breakfast was good. Also close to shops in a nice location."

"Will have to say the best hotel I've ever stayed in and that means alot seeing how I'm 70. Food was awesome and the value was incredible. Definitely when in madrid no better hotel. Think about the Presidential suite if you're traveling with another couple unbelievable stocked refrigerator and room service including bottles of champagne beer soda and dinner for two incredible and breakfast too. Just one last thing you do get a separate bedroom and bath which works out great for privacy but also when you want to gather together it works out great. Chris M"

"Stayed for 11 nights. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super nice and a great help. We ate a couple times at the bar and it was a good, drinks and food were reasonably priced, especially for a hotel. Rooms were super quiet with nice bathrooms and lots of space. Metro is a very short walk. If we go back to Madrid, we're definitely going back here."

"The hotel is perfectly in the center of Madrid and it’ll let you visit all the hot areas in the downtown of the city. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the hotels includes plenty of amenities."

"Hotel Regina is super centrally located. You can literally walk everywhere. The rooms spare no details. The only drawback was the restaurant in the property which is not part of the hotel. This could have been better but not their fault."

"we discovered numerous bloodstains on various items in the room, including the bedsheets, pillowcases, pillow inserts, bath towels, hand towels, blankets, and even the bathroom floor mat. ​This discovery has been deeply distressing and has caused us significant emotional trauma. Beyond the immediate shock, we are gravely concerned about the potential health risks. If these bloodstains carry any infectious diseases, it poses a direct threat to our well-being."

"We had a nice, two stories suite, quite spacious and comfortable, however the room was poorly lit over the table, forcing us to move avaliable lighting around the room to have enough light to eat. The metallic staircase to reach the 2nd level creeks horribly. Other than that everything else excellent, staff very polite and helpful. Nice breakfast and very good location. Would return just not to that type of room."
