“Really enjoyed the stay. We found the room clean, comfortable and well furnished. Our shower was great, the towels clean and fluffy. Grassington is a great place to visit. It is room only and having to go out for breakfast delayed the start to our walks a little. But we knew it was room only when we booked, so I'm not complaining, just making people aware.”

“We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Old Hall Inn, with a location that allowed easy exploration of this stunningly beautiful place. “Clean comfortable and very quiet. Not noticeably busy at all. Rather dated interior & no food served at the hotel. No breakfast lunches or evening meals despite notices outside saying hotel has a restaurant. It doesn’t. “We enjoyed many facets of our stay at the Lister Arms in early May. The sights and walks are stupendous--there are steep walks and near flat walks along the river and some through stone walled grass fields with lots of sheep. The food at the Lister was excellent and we had meals in the morning, midday and evening. Great selection of real ales. Very attentive and engaging staff. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Calf’s Head, Clitheroe. We attended a wedding at a venue not far from here, so it was a great location for us.
