“Didn’t realize breakfast was not included. Toilet broke. Handy man came and fixed it. Good pillows. Great location. Needs updated. All in all not bad. Depending on where I am going in the Pittsburgh area I may or may not stay at that hotel again.”

“Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. She got us an assigned spot for our stay that was much easier for entering and exiting the garage. All...

“I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price...
