“Great room and wonderful location. Staff was very accommodating check in and out was easily arranged so that we could keep our bags while we walked about the town. There is a lift, however room 7 has a circular staircase to climb. The staff kindly helped with our heavy luggage but some folks with disabilities may find it challenging. It was, however, a lively stay for us and we can’t say enough positive things about things!”

“Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time.
Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative.
Both ladies made my birthday...

“We stayed in Naca Suite for our honeymoon in Catania, and we had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and nice with an amazing hot tub in the corner for us to use! We loved using the hot tub and the jets and lights on it. The ceiling of the room was very high and beautifully painted. The staff said it is a historic building. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne which we enjoyed very much. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.”

“The front desk person conveniently was never at the front desk to ask questions when passing before or after breakfast or from 3 pm - 8 pm. Not sure if it was just bad timing or too tired and at the end of the season and tired with tourists… The other female pretended she did not understand or did not speak English…she did understand I found out…it is Italy. The shower faucet handle came off in my hand while showering and on the right side it had a big nasty hole in the faucet - floor was dirty...

“Accommodations were clean and modern. Walking distance to the duomo and shops. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was amazing. Parking is available under the building for a separate fee. Street parking is not practical. A smaller vehicle is recommended but not required. All things considered is was a wonderful stay. We loved it!”
