“We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

“I thought it was a very nice place to stay for the money. There are restaurants and shopping that you can walk to. It was very clean and not outdated. Breakfast was just OK. The pool looked good but we did not use it. We saw others swimming there. I would recommend it to others. ”

“The room was clean and cozy the front desk offered us a late checkout being that we got to the hotel so late the night before. The coffee was hot and delicious but stopped serving when breakfast was over. We had another good stay and will most likely be staying again”

“We chose to stay here because of the short drive to Cedar Point. The room was clean, the breakfast was more than I expected, and the staff made checking in and out very easy. I would stay here again if in the area.”

“Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine. We came from Cedar Point, were exhausted, got up early for breakfast, went back to bed, and were refreshed (and the driver safe) when we got on the road a noon. ”
