“카르카손 요새까지 접근성이 좋은 호텔이었고, 유료이긴 했지만 비교적 저렴한 가격에 제공된 아침식사도 맛있었습니다. 또한 카르카손 요새를 조망할 수 있는 작은 테라스가 있다는 점도 맘에 드는 요소였습니다. 다만, 옛날 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을 옮길 때 다소 불편함은 있었습니다. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail.
