“The grounds and pool are beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. Every staff member we interacted with, even just walking past, was friendly. Unfortunately, when we checked in for our 5 night stay, that we booked through Expedia, we were told they didn't have our reservation. This somehow became our fault. The manager, Armando, was brought to the front to resolve the issue. Armando should not be in a customer service role because we found him to be rude and unhelpful. We sat in the...

“Beautiful resort. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. The pools were wonderful. Dolphins were observed feeding just off the dock. The walking paths are nice. Even off season there were plenty of staff in restaurant and at the pool cafe. Great view off the balcony of our room. Be prepared for extra fees for resort and parking. “Everything was great. I only rate the master bedroom bed a 5 out of 10. In need of replacement. Building #2 room 4”

“직원들이 친절합니다”

“The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk.”

“The breakfast is very expensive for what you get. I’ve had more options at breakfast included hotels. The bed was not comfortable, I realized on my last day there it was a king mattress on top of a queen or double boxspring!”

“Fantastic place!!”

“출장이였는데 좋았습니다”

“The staff were very courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was always hot and ready for whenever we wanted to eat. Having the coffee and tea ready 24/7 was a nice touch. Cleaning staff and work was very good.”

“Resort is very clean and nice to have restaurants and bars on site. Close to many of the restaurants in Fort Meyer’s beach. Pool and beach chairs are nice to have and also free use of bikes. We rode bikes on beach Only downside is drinks way to expensive but you could bring own drinks as have fridge in room.”

Lots of supplies, shampoos, detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc. more can be requested at guest desk. Pool and hot tub clean. Many chairs and lounges, some with umbrellas.
