“Property was dirty. Pool was closed(looked loke it had been for a while). No weights in fitness room. Room smelled of old moldy carpet. Interesting "maintenance" employees roaming halls at random times. Wouldnt stay here again. ”

Our issue was the hotel was full and the common areas and hallways didn't have the same clean feeling as the room. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. “Great room for me, my daughter and three grands. Accommodations were perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool!”

“The AC was broken. It wouldnt go below 75 even set to 50. It was hot! We were sweating. I called the front desk several times but the phone was broken. I could hear her but she couldnt hear me. So I trudged at midnight to at least get a fan. She had one! The FAN was BROKEN! So I trudged back and tell her and she says she will bring me something to my room number. She never did. Slept with wet towel around my neck and feet or wherever I could cool. Wouldnt recommend this place. ”

“Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. “Pretty hotel and rooms. For how pricey the stay is, we expected a bit more. Apparently they can’t have mini fridges in the room due to their health permit. Room had trash in the ice box left. Cleaning staff tried to clean before our checkout time. They knocked once, gave it no time for us to come to the door, staff proceeded to unlock and open the door. This woke my partner up. There isn’t a peephole/no windows to look out, nor any other locks/door stopper besides the deadbolt, so...

“My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. ”

“Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!”
