“The location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic. In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent. However, there were some problems with payment communication. I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast. This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs. Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.”

“A very unique experience, like saying in someone’s brownstone. Front desk staff lovely, helped us change our rooms upon arrival as we were in lower basement floor and not happy. Night bartender however was sort of rude and not helpful. Fireplace in lobby was lit and cozy for our arrival, but we never saw it lit again for the 3 days we stayed there. Breakfast could have been a tad better, since they had a chef and a kitchen. Plates from kitchen good, but buffet bakery items, were not great....

“Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room”

“This is a capsule hotel. It is good for 2-3days and the big luggage must be in a storage room. For me, I paid £16(for 24 hours) for 23kg big luggage bag. It is a new hotel.”

“Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.”
