“The staff was courteous, patient and understanding about my needs as I had a lot of questions for what I wanted to do and where to go during my stay. They were also careful not to put their guests at any risks because there was a day where the weather conditions were not favorable, and any excursions for snorkeling and scuba diving were cancelled, but rescheduled for better weather. “Superb location. Staff were so helpful. Room was excellent, huge bed with lovely linen. Large bathroom with nice towels and separate beach towels. We used the bikes at the hotel - staff were very helpful when using them. I’m not sure the photos do the hotel justice - it’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. ”

“The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....
