From the moment we arrived until we checked out, they were consistently helpful, kind, and always available. What really impressed us was how they greeted us by name immediately – it made us feel so welcome, like regulars! The food at the restaurant was also a standout; we enjoyed the most delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout our entire stay. The bartenders were equally friendly and always happy to see us. A huge thank you to the entire El Ben team, especially the manager, receptionists, captain, chef, and bartenders.
