뜨거운 물도 안 나와 와이파이는 된다고 써 있는데 로비에서만 할 수 있고 정보가 부족하네요!! 와이파이가 방에서도 되었으면 좋았을텐데 하루 잠만 자기 좋은 곳

여기 대체적으로음식도맛있고 숙소 깔끔하고 일단벌레가없고 방도크고 시트랑 베게시트도매일갈아주고 화장실비품도매일채워주며 진짜 여기보다 좋은곳찾기힘들듯ㅜ

출입문도 밧데리 다되서 밧데리 교체, 에어컨 소리 엄청 남. 밤 늦게까지 노래방에서 고함치는 소리로 잠 못잠. 단체 여행객 상태 호텔인듯...

가격 대비 객실의 질도 괜찮고 직원도 친절 합니다.아얄라와 가까운곳인 세부 시티내에있어 시내 투어 접근성은 좋은데 숙소는 좀 외진곳으로 들어가야 합니다. 그러나 전체적으로 만족합니다

일단 위치가 애매해요 탑스힐도 아니고 아얄라도 아니고 수영장도 있긴한데, 정말 작고 와이파이도 안되구요... 친절하긴 하지만 그냥 비지니스호텔이 훨씬 나을 것 같아요 아니면 좀 보태서 타워로 가시는게 제일 좋을듯

우선 기존에 알고 있었던 내용과 다른점을 지적하고 싶습니다. 객실에서 무선인터넷을 사용할 수 있다라는 문구는 거짓이며 이는 호텔스 닷컴에 문의한 결과 일부 객실에서 가능하다는 답변을 들을 수 있었고 당시 프론트에서 또한 일부객실 혹은 날씨에 따라 사용되는 범위가 다르다는 황당한 답변을 들을 수 있었습니다. 사실 준비하지 않은 방문이었기에 인터넷을 통해 많은 준비를 해서 다음 일정을 준비하고자 했으나 이 사건으로 인해 다음일정에 상당한 차질이 발생하였습니다. 두번째 지적은 에어컨이 고장난 상태였고 외부로 유출되어야 할 물이 객실 내로 들어오고 있었습니다. 이 부분은 호텔측에 통보햇어야 하는가 하는 문제가 있긴 한데 체크아웃 전에 알게 되어 그냥 넘어갔네요. 분명 가격대가 높은 호텔은 아니지만 이보다 낮은 호텔의 서비스 품질이 더욱 높은 것이 아닌가.. 또한 호텔스 닷컴에서 제시하는 조건들 중 중요한 내용은 사전에 체크가 필요하다는 점을 알수 있었습니다. 최악의 여행의 큰 도움되었습니다.

세부시티에 머무를때 크라운리젠시 호텔에 머물렀는데... 가격대비 정말 괜찮습니다. 그가격에 그정도 수영장이면 모............ 처음에만 낯설어서 환경이 조금 안맞았지만 둘째날부턴 집보다 편하고 좋았어요.. 직 원분들도 다좋았구요...가시면 호텔이 뭐 이래 이러실분도 있겠지만 동급 가격대비 제일이라고 생각합니다. 다음에도 가면 여기 묶을려구요 !!!시설도 정말 깔끔해요 ...

I spent a night there. The bed was fine. It's just that the furniture was run-down, kind of bought at the antique shop. But it was clean and the people of service. Maybe it was a fluke, but I had to ask for the toillet paper, soap and shampoo, which they provided obligingly.

Don't expect hot water! This hotel has about 100 rooms and only about 5 with hot water, and they don't advise the room they check you into doesn't have it until after you are checked in and complain about it to the front desk. After I complained they said oh we could move you to a room with it. When I spoke with the manager he said he advises all guests before check in that they don't have it, however I was not advised and super upset when I went to have a shower. Again after I complained they did move me a room with it, but it definitely wasn't as nice of a room. I will not return

I'm in Cebu on Business for a week. I had to cut my stay at this hotel because the place was not very inviting. The handles in the showers were falling off. Then I was late in the meeting because when I was about to take a shower the entire hotel ran out of water because of a broken pipe. There was no advice about the repairs, I only found out when I was in the shower and no water came out. The staff was good but they can only do so much. The hotel needs a lot of improvement and renovation.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was filled with antiques. It’s just sad that this hotel seemed to have less guest and some restaurants/ bars are not functioning. The hall way looks like a hospital hall way. Very sad and scary. But, we did enjoy since we could avoid the crowd and noisiness of the city. It was relaxing. We could use the pool all by ourselves too. Unfortunately, not too much items to choose from the menu since they don’t have enough ingredients in the kitchen.

Family Vacation
I booked the hotel for my whole family back in the Philippines. They said, the room is clean and big but the AC was inside the bathroom which they can't understand. My nieces and nephews enjoyed the pool. I thought the breakfast was for free for everyone registered as occupants and a buffet. But they have to pay for the kids breakfast, 200 per person additional and was not a buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly though.

No one knows what is going on. I would always get a different answer when I talked to a different person. My advice if someone says no keep asking until someone gives you the answer you want. If you want anything done that isn't in their routine or isn't at the exact time they would do it confirm several times. The go to response is ''yes sir'' so have them repeat anything that you want done or any orders. Once again just keep asking because if they don't want to do it they will just make up rules so that they don't have to. Last and most importantly smile and be nice.

Hotel in a cramped location
On arrival the fridge was old and dilapidated then the sink blocked up and when that was fixed water was running out of the tap joints. I asked for a room change and was given one. Better room but it is an average hotel

Not a really good experience.
We stayed there for 3 days. Bathroom showers is not working there's no flush in the CR TV is not working also. We called there maintenance several times but there is no action so we need to go to the reception and tell them again the issue of our room and nobody is helping us. Breakfast is good but you need to repeat yourself over and over again so you can get your order right. We are having a hard time to checkout because they lost all of our bills so we need to wait for an hours for them to fix. Poor customer service.

Restaurant is cheap with good customer service
The hotel room was dirty, we were given a room where there were still used towels left and worse is there was a man's underwear left hanging from the door of the CR. Although they transferred us to another room but the first room was traumatic. but i would like to commend the restaurant staff they were all friendly and accommodating.

Aftef not easy check in.. good stay.... nice room.
First, we boocked for superior room with ..like they said on the site description. view city.. When we came for chek in... so difficult to vive us key of the room cause wd don't have printed voucher...even we whown our tablet ... they finished to accept we send later on mail...when wd'l have wi.fi... they give us room without window and no city view.... we didn't accept it and shown the site description... then they upgraded on beautifull room with very nice room on mountains and balcony..

DO NOT BOOK HERE
Absolutely horrendous! Booked two "deluxe room" nights through Expedia. Prices went up right at check out for no reason. Room did NOT look anything like the photo! Spoke to guest services, they offered another room which looked pretty much the same (except it had a tub instead of shower). Our bed sheets had all sorts of weird stains on it including very visible (even in dim light) shoe prints and BLOOD. Had them changed and still found blood on the new sheets! We stayed the first night cause it was so late already. We tried to cancel the second night and explained that THERE'S BLOOD on our bed sheets that's not ours. They didn't even look surprised nor did they apologize. Told us we had to cancel it through Expedia; Expedia tried to sort it out with them but they apparently didn't receive the cancelation email Expedia sent so I'm not even sure if we will get our money back. No WiFi in the rooms - only in the lobby. This place is far from a main square.

Overall it was a hotel that is worth the value for money. It has good location for travelers with easy access to get to places. Staffs were very helpful.
