“Clean room”

“Clean room. Some garbage in hallways. Staff ok.”

“We stayed here on our way to Texas and enjoyed it so much that we decided that on our way back home to Nebraska that it would be the only place that we would stay, without hesitation. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast menu was great. I would give it more stars if I could. This is our very first choice when traveling. Holiday Inn Express Suites…..YOU ROCK!!”

“Clean room!”

“The bed was really hard. And the water was not hot for when we took a shower.”

“Lady at front desk checked us in and that was it. Barely said hello didn’t tell us anything about the place.”

“Check in took 30 minutes. Homeless people outside . Elevator was out of service . Dirty room .roaches in the bathroom. People doing drugs outside the hotel. Rude receptionist . Expedia did nothing to help us out . Horrible experience.”

“The room was very clean. The facility was very safe neighborhood, well lite parking, easy access to major roads. however..This hotel in previous stays had grab and go breakfast, individually wrapped bagels, muffins, sandwich, omelets etc. I really appreciated the cleanliness/freshness and ease to grab to go individually wrapped items give. Breakfast was a disappointment this time.”
