“Employees need to actively respond to overseas customers. Motel users are not just locals. The reason travelers stay in motels is because they want a comfortable rest. There's no reason to stress about them. 직원들은 해외 고객에 능동적으로 대응해야 합니다. 모텔 이용자는 현지인만이 아니다. 여행자들이 모텔에 머무는 이유는 편안한 휴식을 원하기 때문이다. 그들에 대해 스트레스를 받을 이유가 없습니다.”

“Quaint and clean. It was nice NOT to be in a room accessed by a hallway with dozens of other people. I really liked having a single story building with a room that opened to the outside instead of a hallway.”

“In a 5 day stay, never once was the room cleaned. I had to request towels, toilet paper, and for the trash to be taken out. Only the towels were changed, but nothing was cleaned. Had to go get toilet paper at the front desk. Trash was never addressed. The shower spout was visibly pulled away from the shower wall and turned at a slant. The shower did not drain well. One day after being gone all day, we came back to the door of the room ajar. Nothing was missing, but nothing had been cleaned...

“The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual.”
