"Emily at the front desk was wonderful with us checking in at 9:30 p.m. She gave great advice as what to do and where to go for 2 older women who have walking issues. I thought the poster in our bedroom welcoming us in was just the cutest thing ever. The room and the whole area was very clean, comfortable beds, great pillows. I would stay again! "

"Honestly could not have asked for a better stay! Breakfast, amazing. Tram right at the front to ride into Zions, fire pits to roast marshmallows or just enjoy a night fire, kids loved the pool, rooms were amazing and cozy. Beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay!!! Will be going back ! "

"National park is only a mile away! We walked to it often even though there is a shuttle stop in front of the hotel which is super convenient. I loved the location and loved being in Springdale! Although it looked very inviting, we did not end up using the pool or hot tub. The shower in the room, however, was PHENOMENAL! 2 shower heads and really warm/hot water. Those showers felt amazing after a long day of hiking. And the view of the mountains and the creek off our deck was just beautiful. I spent many a night in the deck with a glass of wine, just listening to the creek and looking at the stars. Mornings were coffee on the deck looking at the mountains. Just beautiful. Laundry facilities were very clean and reasonably priced. All in all, a very positive experience. I’d stay here again! "

"The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The property is soothing. The hot tub was hot and clean. They had a stargazing platform. The rooms were quiet and clean. Overall, it was a very relaxing hotel. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. "

"I was hesitant to stay here when I booked, but was pleasantly surprised. The check in was via text. They sent the room number and a code so no need to stop at the front desk. The room was updated, bed was comfortable and bath towels were soft and plush. It was conveniently located near Zion National Park and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. "
