"we made the best of a bad situation when a hour after arrival the whole county in Zion had a power outage that lasted over five hours . staff did the best to help as we did get a little flashlight to see but no elevaters or anything during this emergency situation for the entire county. place was nice and everyone made the best of a bad situation."

"Thee staff at check-in was nice and handled check-in promptly. The staff at the morning breakfast was nice. The food at the breakfast was average for that type of breakfast. There was bacon and sausages provided on different morning which is good but the meat was not cooked enough in my opinion. The bathroom was two different sliders on the outside of the bathroom wall. They were supposed to meet and then could be latched. Except the doors kept coming off their bottom track and it was extremely hard to get them latched together. I feel that door set-up is a joke and whoever made the decision to do that should be looking for a new job. I don't know why so many motels, including this one, fail to put a comfortable chair in the room. I am not sure why they continue to put in chairs that make the back and rear-end hurt. Most of the time there are two occupants in a motel room so each room could use two good chairs."
