Affordable rates and friendly service. Breakfast was on time, lots of food options. Thereโs a pool and fitness center. Parking is free and plentiful. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly and gave coupons for local dining options.
The common areas have layers of dust and dirt. Our bathroom had garbage on the floor and dust around the toilet and beneath the sink. Housekeeping only replaced towels. Beds were not made, toilet paper wasnโt replaced, toilet not cleaned. The hallways also were not vacuumed.
Clean, quiet but no real dining properties anywhere close.

Got in late due to flight delays. Probably 1115. No one was at the front desk. Waited probably 15 minutes. Rang the bell called the front desk line. No answer. Called a couple area hotels to see if they had rooms in one of them said that at night this hotel is only staffed by one personand that the person was probably on an airport run. And that the person was probably on an airport run. Which was true. Staff arrived and got checked in. The Mourning manager apologized and said there was a sign that the person was supposed to put up, but didnโt.
Friendly staff, and good continental breakfast. Overall great experience!

Old grout or mold or ??? in the shower.
An old dog toy under the footstool.
However, I left shirts in the closet and staff called me quickly so I could come back. Diana rocks!!
Facility looks as though it was recently renovated. Rooms were clean, bathroom was relatively clean however the shower curtain was dirty and no bodywash was available for use. On day 2 of our 3 night stay we had an employee badge into our room slowly. It was so odd and disturbing. Our do not disturb sign was on the outside of our door however our safety latch was not engaged so he peaked his head and I said "We are in here" then he apologized. This was about 930 in the morning. I felt uncomfortable with this and told the front desk. The gentleman apologized, and said he would take care of it. By his non-verbal actions this wasn't the first time he has had this complaint. My other issue is the lady taking care of the breakfast area told my child that he had enough on his plate and to leave some for other people. He had 2 biscuits.It took everything out of me not to confront her during that moment. If they cant make enough food for the guests then that is the facilities issue, not the paying guest!!!
Our first room the tv didnโt work so they moved us. When we got back to our new room late at night we noticed a weird brown spot on our sheets.it was late so we didn't want ti complain. Otherwise the staff was friendly and it was a nice hotel.
Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
So many choices. I would definitely stay at Comfort Inn and Suites again.
