"Very run down"

"The property should be renewed. I found it not properly clean in the general areas (e.g. bathroom on first floor wasn’t cleaned for two days). The elevators floors were dirty and the carpet looked old and not cleaned. The phone’s weren’t working during our 6 day stay. Ice machines weren’t working in some floors. The furniture is old and needs restoration. It was my favorite hotel to stay in Boston. Not anymore"

"Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Basic accomodations in a convenient location right at the Aquarium the subway stop. Easy walk to central Boston/Boston Common and the North End/Harbor areas."

"The pool area is very nice. Gym has what you need and is accessible 24/7. Rooms are in good condition, clean. I did not eat there, pretty pricey. There is no bodywash provided, just bar hand soap, shampoo/conditioner. Our bathroom fan was broken and so was the ice machine on our floor. No warning about the train! Nice location/ neighborhood with Dunkin and BK across the road. Parking is 30$/night. Nice hotel would stay there again."
