“Excellent hote experience. Staff and room were impeccable, hotel restaurant (Cala Luna) was outstanding.”

“The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. ”

“Garden Villas layout was tight. Shower stall was in the bedroom, no privacy. Needed key to exit the garden area, when you can easily walk around the hedges. ”

“Breakfast was ok but never changed I would not recommend a long stay.Only 4 restaurants were actually open as two are not year round. Actual sea not available to go in due to constant bad and unsafe conditions meaning no water sports as advertised Excursions that are available all have an extra fee to participate in making them overpriced in my eyes. Everything we could do is in cefalu so u pay money and are given time limits to go there I would suggest staying in Cefalu or Palermo ”

“Beautiful place in the heart of an olive and lemon grove. could be a bit noisy from the high way and the train. easy to find and parking slot right next to the hotel room ”

“Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden.
