“This stay ranks among the worst I have experienced. Checking in at the front desk took a long time. Blood appeared on the bed sheets, and staff declined to replace them because it was late, so I slept without sheets. Every service felt overpriced. “Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”

“Poor maintenance and outdated equipment and furniture.”

“That was great. It is located in a good place. Nearby, there are a series of good quality restaurants and bars. I was sick after a long flight. A woman working at the bar (hotel) gave me a cup of tea. It was a great memory and i belive that it shows how they works plainly. ”

“Very good hotel and they are always willing to help. Have stay there numerous times. Breakfast is really good.”

“Everybody just made us feel at home ! They offered us a free room upgrade which made us even more wowed at the property! Stunning! Will definitely return !”

“I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. Only thing i dislike this time around was that i was charged for coffee pods left in the kitchen without indication i had to pay for them. I suggest they add a note next to the pods so people are aware. Other than that, all was great.”
