“Quiet and clean, while still being convenient to the subway and bus lines and attractions. Breakfast was a nice touch with cereal, fruit, pastry and lots of tea options. Young vibe in the neighborhood because of the Berklee College of Music nearby. Lot of restaurants within walking distance, including many vegetarian-friendly. I especially liked the Pho Basil that was within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend.”

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff — thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"청결은 어느정도 관찮지만 리썹션 직원들 특히 여직원과 짐맡아주는 직원은 최악 불친절하고 매우 도전적임. 최악의 호텔 ever. 객실에서는 지나가는 모든 손님들의 소리가 다 들리고 물론 샤워 소리도 크게. 비추합니다. 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔입니다.힐튼이라 가격도 만만치 않게 지불했는데 동네 모텔 느낌. 이상입니다. 첵인 쿔플레인을 감지했는지 나중에 과일과 아침식사 바우쳐 보내왔습니다. 감사합니다."
