“There wasn't anything fancy about it...a little dated but it served it's purpose for a 1 night stay ❤️”

“Stay at the 1842 Inn if you want the vibe of an old southern mansion. It is clean, the rooms are furnished with antiques, yes some plaster is peeling, but the bed is comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast in the courtyard was enjoyable. I recommend for those that are not too fussy though, since the vibe is definitely OLD southern home.”

“I don’t usually do reviews but our stay warrants one. We stayed here on May 16, 2024, when we were in town to attend our son-in-laws OCS graduation at Ft. Moore. First I will start off with the front desk clerk Kristi, she was absolutely AMAZING, from our initial check in to me inquiring about the absolute pleasant smell inside the entire hotel. Her customer service was second to none, and then there was Shannon, and I couldn’t figure out if she was a manager or employee because she was doing it...

“It looked like a castle and the room was very large even separating the living room and bed room. Very clean and comfort and first of all quite near to the Hartsfield Atlanta Airport. There was a guard even after the midnight at the parking lot to secure safety on clients' cars to any potential threats from the neighborhood. In total I plan to stay again there in the future. ”

“Close to the airport and spacious rooms, but the basic services provided are very lacking. Especially dusty but not cleaned and no slippers or free toiletries needed for shower. There is also no free water.”
