“All staff was great from the front desk, housekeepers, to the breakfast attendant. Room was clean and smelled pleasant. Easy parking. ”

When given a key to the second room to try, we walked in and the beds were not made. The room was not cleaned. When taken to our third room to try and we walked in. It smelled like marijuana. So we chose to leave”

I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work.
