"The room had a chemical smell similar to lacquer. It caused us to have headaches and not able to sleep. We got up at 4:00 am and left as soon as we could get ready. The heat and air was controlled by a master controller and not by the room thermostat. I couldn’t get the fan to work to help air out the room. The hotel itself feels old. It seems it’s just an old hotel that was rebranded. Not our most enjoyable stay."

"Our room smelled very musty and some things were in need of repair (tiles in bathroom, faucet). We booked for the pool and after check in were told it isn’t open until Memorial Day. Lastly, a $69 charge for parking is pretty ridiculous on top of the room charge."

"Very secure with gates and very helpful and willing staff. Checked in rather late, so I did not make use of many of their amenities, however what I did use/see was great. Would stay again."

"I’m got charge 2x for my room, i checked in around 8:30 pm and checked out at 5am. I need a refund. A/C was loud, we requested for wake up call it didn’t happen, we called many times for room service no answer. But the receptionist the following day on May 5th was very good. We missed the shuttle service for 2 mins along with the other guests, he called the driver to come back right away so we will not be late for our flight. "

"The room itself exceeded our groups expectations especially for the price! The staff was courteous and friendly. Valet was seamless whenever we needed the car. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would stay again!"
